Most orders are dispatched within 2 days.
IdealofMeD has the right to cancel any order.
You can request to cancel your order by contacting us. We will attempt to change your order, but can only do so if packing and dispatch have not yet taken place.
If you’re not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you’ve received, please let us know by using emailing us or contacting us via WhatsApp or Messenger (see buttons below) within 2 calendar days of receipt. Except when delivery occurs on a Friday or legal Federal Holiday then the notification should be on the next available business day. Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.
Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced our products. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.
We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.
